If something isn't right, email newt2533@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply with your options: a replacement, a return, or a refund.

Your return window

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to send something back. Write to newt2533@gmail.com with your order number and we'll start the return.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us as soon as your order arrives and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify.

Orders over $75 ship free, so a refund on those covers the full amount you paid. On smaller orders the shipping you paid at checkout is refunded too.
